Give Thanks To Life
today i chanced upon a blog abt a little girl who’s fighting neuroblastoma.
tt’s a common childhood cancer, altho i’ve never come across it till i read this blog.
i read all of the 20 entries on the blog n ended up almost overwhelmed by sadness (again).
i never understand why such misfortune happen to ppl, be it ppl we noe, or not.
if i have one wish, i wish no one ever needs to walk the path of pain in his/her life.
i have no tolerance for pain and sufferring. maybe i’m weak.
darling always says tt if we give thanks to life, life gives us more.
i can’t agree more.

and then i wonder if ever i am in e shoes of the little girl’s mum (of course.. choi x 100!)
wld i give up e kid’s life, or wld i opt for the unbearable cancer treatments for a 10% chance of recovery.
pain comes in different ways with either choice.
neither option seems to be a better one.
i decided tt i shld give thanks to life.
give thanks for all the things we have in life.
