after e osteoporosis scare today i decided to embark on a Calcium Infusion Campaign by drinking milk everyday. to make e Meiji milk more tasty, i added colorful QQs in it!

the fragility of life
today an aunty in e office was back frm almost a mth long of mc.
she was diagnosed wif some advanced osteoporosis n there were more than 10 cracks in her bones! she’s fragile as porcelain, yet she sounded cheery and positive as she talked to me. i kinda feel tt she was tryin to make herself forget the immense pain her body has to suffer but really, it must have been a challenge.
i cldnt bear to talk to her any longer.
my eyes were watery n i forced a smile n asked her to take care.
i walked to e toilet n tears rolled down my cheeks.
it was painful to see someone gg thru such torment.
