Lol.. i realised i havent posted anythin abt my Eastern Europe trip. me n amelia were supposed to catch e 6.20am flight but oops, i did it again. i missed my flight! it’s all cos i planned it wrongly n told her to come to my place at a timing that’s too late. boohoo. so we hadda fork out £50 each as a penalty n catch e next flight at 11am. i offered to pay half of her charge since i was e one who caused this whole thingy. wat tough luck! i duno why no one thinks £50 is alot.. to me it’s damn exp! it’s even more exp than our return tix!! boohoo!!
dt was really nice that morn when i missed my flight. he was pretty concerned n kept msging me. back then i jus casually told myself “yeah, it’s easy to send sms-es n say one is concerned..” but still i cldnt stop thinkin abt him. i also rem e msgs we exchanged when i was on e train, on my way to e airport. okok, this all happened AFTER i told xx i wanna brk up ok!

when i first got off e plane, i was awed by e beauty of e alps! i din expect Salzburg to be that beautiful actually.. i thot it was some ulu small town wahaha!

so anyway we made our way to e city centre. we were on e bus n this old uncle kept lookin at us n wanted to smile at us. i pretended i din see him cos i had imagined him to be some 色 peh peh. he turned out to a very helpful n kind old uncle! at one stop, he asked if we were gg to e city centre. we said yes n he said we shld get off here n even gave us e directions. haiyah.. i felt so bad for doubtin his intentions lar.. nice place, nice ppl..

i din do much research, if any, for this trip. i really got too tired plannin all e itinerary for my trips. i’m glad i wont be doin any more till after my exams, afterwhich i’ll start plannin our big time summer trip!

after we crossed e bridge n finally got to e tourist info centre, we were told tt e cable car to e castle has closed for e day! WTF!! tt was e only place i wanted to go in Salzburg!! everywhere was closin as well. at 4pm! 不想活了啦… we decided to give up n went lookin for a place for early dinner.

i love e small alleys that weaved thru e town. it was nice like venice.. we came to this lovely restaurant which serves austrian food. i had turkey wif mushroom sauce. it was pretty good! yumyum! plus point for salzburg again!

n then since everythin was closed, we left for vienna. this is crap lar. it must have been my most crappy travel post cos basically we din do anythin at e place! in any case, Salzburg is a lovely, small town.. i think it’ll be nice to go there for a wkend trip, but i suppose i wont have e chance to do so after i leave london. who will travel all e way frm SG to jus go on a wkend trip to salzburg? n if im not gg back vienna or austria again, i doubt i’ll make that extra effort to fly solely to salzburg. haha oh well, nvm.
