i’m aching..

my fave pair of trainers, compared to all e old ones i had haha!
in e end.. i ran for a good 30+ min on e treadmill, covered abt 4+ km. whoa! that’s like more than 10 rounds on e track! freak.. my stamina has always been like shit n runnin was neva sthg i’d do. in my entire life, i’ve only managed to do this once n that was e time after i broke up wif anthony. i went to e track n started runnin non-stop.. gosh.
n then i went to e machines n did a whole circuit of upper n lower body workout. light weight ones of course.. but i’m havin some serious aches now. yummy. i love muscle aches.
it always feels good exercisin when im troubled. at least it takes things off my mind, n in a way it’s a healthier form of self torture haha.
today i went to e gym again.. ran yet another 30+ min. wow wee! n more weights training! now my muscles r really achin.. i also felt a strain on my shin when i was joggin.. think i better not be so gung-ho e next time i go.. sucks.
