it’s december again!

it’s e month of december once again! my favourite mth of e yr!

e mth durin which festive season gets underway n all things good happen!

purse strings loosened n long trips planned!

it’s our anniversary!
it’s x’mas!
it’s my b’dae!
it’s e new yr!

wat a wonderful month!

we’re flyin off to italy next fri for 2 wks! it’s our first trip (if u exclude bintan haha) n i’m so 100% excited over it! we expect to take over 1000 pics on e trip n yippee! xiao xing has bought a tripod so tt we can jus keep takin pics of ourselves hahaa..

crabstick salad!

i rem seein crabstick salad at wasabi last wk n i really wanted to buy it. it was £2 for an ice cream scoop worth but it looked really delicious. in e end.. i decided to be a good girl n gave it a miss.

so today i went to e supermkt n got crabsticks n mayonaise.. and tada! i have my very first homemade crabstick salad - japanese style!

yippee!! it was really easy n straightfwd. e most tedious part of e process was to cut e crabstick into e tiny pieces.. cos i suppose e mayonaise wld coat each pieces better..? aiyah anyway that’s how wasabi does it lar hahaha. i din add too much mayonaise tho im a fan of it, cos i wanted to stay wif e japanese style, which is a lighter taste.

The ingredients:
- 8 crabsticks: 50p
- less than 3 tblspn of mayonaise: 10p

Total cost: 60p!! YIPPEE!!
