the UOB call centre nightmare!
UOB has the WORST call centre service that i’ve ever seen!!! ridiculous!!
havin called them at so many different times of e day/wk, i’ve concluded that there’s only one kind of service that u get over e phone with UOB call centre. u’ll hear e same recorded msg “we’re experiencing high call volume and may take longer than usual to answer ur call” and u’ll have to wait like a dum ass for at least 30 min for ur call to be answered.
at any time of e day, be it 12am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 9pm….. u hear them sayin that they’re experiencing high call volume. if this is ALWAYS the case, it only proves that their resources are inadequate to meet customers’ demands and bloody hell how can they waste our time like this?
every call requires an average of half an hr to be answered! yeah im not exaggeratin!! me n mum always hadda leave e speaker phone on so that we dun have to hold e receiver to our ear for a bloody 30min!!
these ppl at UOB must be crazy. how can they not noe this prob? i asked e operator today if there’s a way i can leave feedback. she said she’ll relay my msg to the mgt. yeah.. i’ll be waiting man.

u shud try calling the hotline on a Sunday nite. U only wait 15minutes.
You should complain to Ying Ying. She is working at the call centre, as a…call centre girl? Anyway none of my biz altho im a UOB Staff! Totally different department and location anyway. So dun bother to even think about asking me to help do something about it…if you are even thinking about it that is. Haha!

Just happen to read your entry about your bad experience with uob..I am not handling the cards call, me in a different dept handling mostly corporate calls, so will not be able to assist you directly..I do understand the long waiting time that our card centre is facing..will feedback on that ya…haha can call me customer service officer la, call centre gal sounds weird..haha.
