kampong girl’s new toy…
I may sound like a stupid kampong girl, but i jus got cable tv! wahaha!
i noe EVERYONE out there has cable tv but there wasnt really a need for my family to get one since i watch tv less than once a wk and mum always buys/rents/borrows hongkong drama serials so tt we can watch like 8 episodes in a day w/o slowly catchin it on tv. hehe but still i’ve always enjoyed watchin discovery channel n mtv channels at bf’s hse n it so happens tt last nite this young girl called me frm SCV regardin some promo.
and woohoo! i’ve subscribed to:
- education channel (my fave discovery & national geographic channels)
- entertainment channel (my fave mtvs!)
- chinese info channel (chinese mtvs!)
- family plus (i have no idea wat this is but it’s jus part of e package)
and so i’ll pay a total of $18 + GST $0.90 per mth. sounds like a good deal! they’ll come over tmr to fix up e thingy since i’ll be on study leave. cool.. so happy!

If you are not sure about it, better check with their Customer Service to confirm, less you get a shock with the bills after 4months.
LingFeng, hey stranger, yup i noe that! after 4 mths i can jus cancel e family plus channel and pay $20 + GST $1 per mth.. but thanks anyway!
haha i wanted to subscribe to cable but after picking out the channels that i want, i realised they are all in diff groups. have to end up paying $70+ so decided to forget it. i might not even watch in the end. so dumb.
