momo? nah..
club momo, the latest, most happenin club in singapore? *raise eyebrow* x 3
gosh.. momo was kinda disappointin last sat. they started wif rnb - ok no complaints - but they changed to house n trance wayyy too soon n bored e shit outta me n mei. we got outta e place n found ourselves some nice big cushions outside to rest on, and we cld see that ppl were leavin the place! see.. can’t the DJs jus open their eyes n realise the trend?
to prove my pt.. they started playin rnb again at 2.30am! which is kinda weird cos usually clubs switch frm rnb to hse/trance, but will not do the reverse. in any case, ppl started movin back to the club, n queues started formin for re-entry. wat crap.
to make things worse, momo has its platforms in the middle of the dancefloor, which is basically jus narrow pathways without the platforms. there’s constant traffic along the narrow dancefloor n that makes dancin even less enjoyable!
so, no more momo for candy!
they say o-bar is very happenin now.. they’ve even hired bartop dancers now! needa check it out one day but hai.. now that kenny e mgr’s gone n we’ve lost our value with the introduction of bartop dancers, i guess we wont be able to get in for free anymore. *shrugs*
